O-Shot
PRP injections are into specific areas of the female genitalia and are referred to by the commercial name O-Shot or Orgasm Shot. It is used for these concerns and more, including: decreased sexual response, difficulty achieving orgasm, vaginal dryness, vulvovaginal symptoms, and certain urinary symptoms. The review reports that there are potentially positive reviews for female sexual dysfunction and some pelvic-floor problems. P-Shot

What Is Platelet-Rich Plasma?
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is created from the patient’s blood. In the process, a small amount of blood is drawn and sent to a centrifuge machine to isolate and concentrate the platelets from plasma. The outcome is a PRP that is later injected into the area being treated.
Researchers are studying the growth factors and platelets in PRP for their potential in healing and restoring tissue and blood vessel growth. Some of the proposed biological mechanisms in erectile dysfunction research are VEGF, EGF, IGF-1, PDGF and FGF.
One should keep in mind that PRP is not stem cell therapy. There is no injection of stem cells into the treatment area when undergoing PRP.

The evidence regarding the use of PRP for erectile dysfunction is unfolding, with some RCTs and meta analyses demonstrating benefits on erectile function scores and other controlled RCTs failing to show significant difference between the PRP and placebo groups. Why Erectile Dysfunction Needs Medical Assessment First
